I love making wedding cakes: everything from elegant, modern two tier creations decorated with fresh flowers to match the bride’s bouquet, to towering multi-flavoured, multi-coloured monstrosities. Whatever you want, I will work with you to design to your exact specifications. I know how important it is to know details of your wedding are in safe hands.
Flavour’s my thing: aromatic cardamom and coffee cake, zippy, zingy lemon curd, the best victoria sponge you’ve ever tasted – or something more unusual, a sticky ginger cake covered in burnt butter icing, or maybe a toffee apple cake for an autumn wedding. Decorated in whatever way you wish: with fresh fruit or flowers, or exquisite handcrafted sugar flowers and leaves, or clever chocolate work.
